- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any artwork submitted.
- We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted designs.
- Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Processing & Shipping
- Processing times vary depending on order volume and customization.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 of delivery.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier and may offer a replacement or solution at our discretion.
